Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
I am wanting to know more about different locations when dropshipping.
I have a "bricks & mortar" shopfront as well as an online store. I want some products to ship from another warehouse (location).
When I setup a product and it is from both locations, that product shows up twice in the store. How do I prevent duplicate products from showing in my store? Or, do I have to just have to only show products from only one store??
Cheers

Hi @iSprayag,
When you have the same product stocked in multiple locations for dropshipping and your own shopfront, Shopify by default treats each inventory location separately, which can cause the product to appear twice if you create separate listings for each location. To prevent duplicates, you should create only one product listing and then assign inventory quantities to that product across your multiple locations in Shopify’s inventory settings. This way, the product shows up once in your store, but Shopify manages fulfillment from the correct warehouse based on the customer's location or your shipping preferences, avoiding duplicate product listings.

Thank you, that makes sense. It created 2 listings that's why it showed up twice. All cleared up now. Thank you.
