Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
Ive been trying trying to figure this out for days. In Admin behind the scenes it says inventory is over 1,000 but when you go to visit my store it comes up as 'Out Of Stock'. I seen someone else asked a similar if not the same question. And ive done everything suggested for that guy. Track quantity, Configure it with Dser, Continue selling when out of stock etc. Can someone please Help.
If it's an app controlling your inventory, I would contact them directly, they'll be in the best position to answer your question.
As the creator of apps myself, I love when people reach out with questions (and even problems), so we can improve either our app or documentation.
Hi @ASINSHOPS,
No worries, it seems you're experiencing an issue with products incorrectly displaying as sold out on your Shopify store. This problem is often caused by incorrect inventory location settings in your Shopify account. When you have products with multiple inventory locations, Shopify’s inventory stock can get confused and show the wrong number of available items. So you can do a few things to fix the situation: Why do Shopify Products show Sold Out? Steps to resolve it
Hope this helps!
