Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
I imported a product from DSers into my Shopify store. There are over 200 available but my store shows "out of stock". Not sure why it is showing this. I even have DSers automatically updating product and still no change. How do I fix this?
@davidmcarr Check if the stock levels are synced correctly between DSers and Shopify. Ensure that the product’s inventory settings in Shopify are set to update automatically. Verify if DSers is correctly configured to push stock updates to Shopify. If the issue persists, try manually updating the stock or re-importing the product.
If it's showing on your website, check your theme code, there may be a setting or configuration showing certain variants, or a condition preventing from showing the actual stock.
If it's the inventory number in your Shopify admin, that means the app is not sending the inventory update. If that's the case, I would contact the app directly, they'll have the best insights to fix your problem.
