Hi @comelespico !

Your store looks great because it is straight forward and easy to navigate. Besides meta ads you might also want to create more advertisement about your store and product to multiple social platform such as Tiktok, Facebook, and instagram. That you way, you can reach more potential customers. I highly recommend that you check this article out too: How to Increase Conversion Rate: 20 Advanced Strategies (2024).

Some things that will surely help:

1) Get a logo designed

2) Add an About page to your main navigation, to show who / what is your company, what is the mission, etc.

3) Hire a professional marketer to dial in your ads and remarketing

4) Start an affiliate program and reach out to blogs and influencers to partner with. Set the commission rate to be a positive ROI, then you get guaranteed profit from those sales, and at the minimum free traffic.

HI @comelespico ,

I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.

Here are some suggestions to achieve a high conversion rate:

Your website isn’t effectively converting visitors into buyers despite your advertising efforts. Without seeing your ads, I can’t offer detailed recommendations on your landing page. However, here are some suggestions from Databox that you might find useful. You can read more in their article.

“When the click-through rate (CTR) is high but the conversion rate is low, it usually indicates an issue with the landing page. This is often due to a lack of effective calls-to-action (CTAs). To address this, create a clear CTA, such as a "Buy Now" or "Read More" button. This CTA can be a clickable image with a small amount of text or a simple button.”

1. Focusing on SEO

Taking the time to ensure your web pages are properly optimized can help increase your organic traffic, meaning more potential customers browsing your products. SEO strategies can drive site traffic to your Shopify website effectively.

For an average small e-commerce store, you should get at least 1000 visitors per month to start having a stable source for sales.

Here are some basic elements you should check:

Title Tags & Meta Descriptions:

  • Each page should have unique, descriptive title tags and meta descriptions.
  • Include relevant keywords without overstuffing.

You can also check this SEO checklist by Shopify to learn more about optimizing your e-commerce store and blog. This will boost your online presence and bring more traffic to your website.

2. Monitor Your Cart Abandonment Rate

A high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially after investing significantly in attracting visitors to your site. This issue indicates that many potential customers are deciding not to complete their purchases, contributing to low conversion rates.

To address this, you can remind customers about the items left in their carts and encourage them to complete their purchases by:

  • Email Reminders: Send emails to customers who abandon their carts, reminding them of their items.
  • Incentives: Offer a discount or free shipping to motivate them to finalize their purchases.

I hope some of my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.

Good luck!
