How can I cancel a still active subscription after account closure?

My Account is close but the subscription plan is still open and i can't cancel the plan is there any way i can cancel the plan so i'm not charged again.

Thanks for reaching out.
That is a great question! If you have successfully deactivated your Shopify store this should cancel the subscription plan as well. With that being said, if you would like us to take a further look to ensure that the subscription plan is canceled, you will need to speak with our live support. Since I cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics. 
You can get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center.
When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you should be connected accordingly.
