How can I cancel a still active subscription after account closure?

My Account is close but the subscription plan is still open and i can't cancel the plan is there any way i can cancel the plan so i'm not charged again.

That is a great question! If you have successfully deactivated your Shopify store this should cancel the subscription plan as well. With that being said, if you would like us to take a further look to ensure that the subscription plan is canceled, you will need to speak with our live support. When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you should be connected accordingly.
