Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
Hello
I have been using the Inventory Source App, via shopify stores, to import products from my manufacturer and they also do the daily sync of stock levels etc.
However I have just received an email from IS saying they will no longer be updating the integration from my manufacturer.
My manufacturer have provided the live stock feed url and other urls if needed but I do not know how to add this url to my shopify store. Do I need to get a developer to do this? I have 2 urls from my manufacturer 'live stock feed' and 'daily product feed' which allows me to import products.
Any help will be much appreciated.
Regards
Tolu
Hi @Tolu_Arinze,
As I understood you are getting catalog feed from your manufacturer and you need to get your shopify products up to date using these live feeds.
My app Feeds Bridge may be helpfull in your case. It allows users to set up catalog synchronization from remote servers like FTP/SFTP/HTTP (dropbox can be configured as well). Set up daily synchronization, all new items (as well as existing items changes) from your feed will be synchronized to your store everyday.
@dropship_helps, I am not sure what's the manufacturer author is talking about, he didn't gave us any details about it. But If manufacturer can provide catalog feed, my app provides stores with ability of synchronizing such feeds into their stores.
Feeds Bridge doesn't have any integrated sellers/manufacturers or vendors on it. It's a platform which you can use to synchronize products from sellers/manufacturers feeds store owner has an agreement with.
