How can I manage Lightspeed inventory and drop shipping effectively?

I use Lightspeed POS that pushes inventory to shopify that I want to hide options when inventory is 0 but I also have products that I drop ship with 0 inventory that I want to show as available. Any suggestions?

You can manually set the dropship items to "continue selling" when they are out of stock. This will allow them to be available even after inventory reaches 0. For the Lightspeed items, simply make sure this selection is not being used:
