How can I solve shipping address issues at checkout?

Hello, I’m pretty new at this and was just wondering if anyone had any tips for the shipping portion of everything? At checkout it tells me any address I put in isn’t available for shipping etc. I was wondering how to fix that issue

I really appreciate that, I’ve checked all my settings and am still having some trouble.
