How can I start my own online store without spending much?

Hi

I want to try thus strategy. I made a store and then got emails on Instagram and Shopify email from people wanting to help. One guy offered $100 and he will help and then wanted money for logo, new theme, privacy and policy content. I paid some and then he wants money for the marketing.

I don't want to spend because I don't know if I will make any money.

Is there a step guide I can use to follow to try and do this myself.

I don't even know how they all got my contact.
