How do dropshippers handle single unit orders with minimum quantities?

I'm a little confused and need help - how can drop shippers fulfil an order for a single unit if there are minimum quantities in place ? Am I being daft?

Any questions you have for your dropshippers, I would contact them directly, only they can answer this question since they're the one shipping it / making the minimum quantity policy.
