How do I obtain a license to resell anime merchandise from Aliexpress?

Hello,

I know that this type of question has been asked before, but I’d like an up to date answer.

I am looking to open an Anime type of store that sells merch and other anime related stuff. Now, I read that I need a license so that I won't get in trouble. My question is, how do I get a license considering that I will basically re-sell from Aliexpress. Do I have to get in touch with the wholeseller from Alixepress and ask permission to re-sell a product or should they already have a license approved by the original anime? I am a bit confused and I do not want to mess this up. 
If I need a license, how do I get it?

We run an anime store and in our experience you want to find a supplier that's licenced and doesn't carry bootlegs, keeping clear of Aliexpress and Alibaba as there are a lot of bootlegs. Order wholesale and don't dropship.

So you personally order wholesale and sell it on your own? If so, how do you get a license?

If you're selling from legit source which means if the supplier has licence to manufacture or sell anime merch then you can sell their products without worries but if they don't have licences then its illegal for you to resell their products
