How does order fulfillment work with Zendrop in dropshipping?

I'm very new to dropshipping and i use zendrop instead of aliexpress and im still confused, I have so far made my first sale and don't know what to do. Do I need to buy the product myself and enter out the information on zendrop? Or does it automatically do it for me?
