Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
Hi, i'm using SPOD to print on demand, today, I got my first order, now it says "Payment awaiting authorization"
How long can this take, and why is this here.

Hey there, @docmaillou. Thanks a bunch for taking the time to post here in the Shopify Community! Congrats on your first sale, here's to many, many more!
Super appreciate the screenshot you've shared with us here. With that screenshot, we know that this issue is specific to SPOD. Our Shopify Scope of Support is a bit limited when it comes to third-party app issues, but I should be able to help you out here a bit.
I found this resource on SPOD's website that touches on this specific error. There's a good chunk of info on this page, but I feel the following is the most relevant to you here:
Helpful information about the error
It looks like errors such as this happen commonly with the first order that comes in through SPOD, and it looks to be caused by your payment processor for the payment method you have on file for your SPOD account needs to clear the transaction to pay for production of the product.
With the above information being said, I personally think reaching out to SPOD's support team using their 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page I've linked for you here would be a good idea. You can speak to them about the error, and they can advise you on how to address it and it resolved. It may also be a good idea to speak to your bank, too, about the type of transaction that's being conducted, to make sure that your payment method for SPOD support's these types of payments occurring.
Once again, congrats on your first sale! That's such a big deal and you should celebrate! What type of products do you sell? You should drop your link here for us to see so we can take a look at your store, and provide you with some actionable feedback on how to keep building your brand!
Thanks again for your post, and I hope you find the above information helpful. If you have any questions, please follow up with me here and let me know!
