How to add payment options for customers in India?

For selling in India, how do I add payment options for costumers since people in India prefer cash on delivery which is not feasible and I heard many don't have credit cards and that PayPal doesn't work in India. Any options?

You can certainly enable cash on delivery as a payment option. Shopify’s free Advanced Cash on Delivery app gives you control over your cash on delivery experience. You can:

• Set a price range for cash on delivery orders
• Specify the pincodes where you want to offer cash on delivery
• Add cash on delivery fee for orders
• Add an availability checker to your store’s theme so your customers can check cash on delivery eligibility for their pincode
