How to adjust Zendrop product prices for maximum profit?

Hello, just starting out and my question is about using Zendrop products in my store. Please forgive my stupid question (stupid only because I should know this by now). My general question has to do with prices for each product. Zendrop shows a "product price" on each product before I choose the product. I upload products to my store. I know what screen I go to to re-price but what field do I adjust? Also, is my profit then the difference between the "product price" from Zendrop and the price I change it to? Please respond with kindness as I am nieve when it comes to this.
