How to bulk email Shopify Collective offer to multiple accounts?

I would like to bulk email my 2,200 accounts the Shopify Collective offer from the Shopify App but there is no way to upload an account list.

I don't want to manage all those email relpies whcih is why I want to keep it on the Shopify Colelctive App.

I do much more than $10,000/mo but hardly anything on Shopify so don't qualify for PAYMENTS. My wholesale orders are marked as paid as we offer terms to our retailers, and our Amazon sales are on Amazon. There is no way to contact Shopify directly.
