How to fulfill an order on Dsers before payment hits Shopify balance?

I have an order that was placed onto my website! My first one! I am very excited. The order was paid for and everything, but I'm running into an issue. First of all, does it take time for the customer's payment to hit the shopify balance, so I can then use that payment to pay the supplier? If it takes a day or two, this is an issue...Aliexpress says they'll cancel the order if a payment is not given within 24 hours. What should I do? Do I have to have the money in my bank account and then transfer the money to my shopify balance for this to work? I need answers please...thanks.
