How to implement a returnless refund policy in a dropshipping store?

Hi Sellers,

I'm building a Shopify Dropshipping store using CJ Dropshipping as a supplier.

I'm in the middle of writing a refund policy, as I'm not offering return to my customers. I heard Amazon Returnless Refund Policy, but I'm not sure how to implement and make modify to avoid returns from customers how might make advantage of it, but also I would like to provide an excellent customer service.
