How to link products for drop shipping between two different company stores?

Hello,

I first asked for help on the Technical Q&A board but didn't receive a reply. Which I now see was the wrong place, maybe somebody here could help?

We are working with another separate company who also has a Shopify store, where we drop ship certain products of ours to their customers.

The orders arrive via email from the company not customer.

So to streamline and avoid errors (not seeing an email). We would like to link these certain products from our inventory to their online store and receive any orders through our Shopify store.

I take it this would be a kind of drop shipping set up, could someone please give some advice on how to set this up?
