We have had a large amount of our retail customers who own multiple stores ask to be emailed their order confirmation and tracking notifications to them. The issue is we have all of our customers created separately, each store as its own customer in our Shopify, this means we can't have one email used across multiple customer accounts, Is there an app or some way using Shopify Flows and Metafields to be able to add a second email address to a customers account and when an order notification is sent it's sent to both emails?

Shopify does not directly support one email for multiple customer accounts, but this can be achieved using Shopify Flows and Metafields or a third-party app while keeping customer consent and communication in mind.

Do you know any solutions for a Shopify flow that would allow us to send an order confirmation email to a second email? or do you know of any third-party apps that do this but also allow us to use our own email domain to send from?
