I am not able to see/ select the plan of INR 20 for 3 months

Hi,

 I am new to shopify and wanting to start a shopify dropshipping business, and I belong to India,

I would like to know that did shopify discontinue the plan of INR 20 for 3 months ? As I am not able to see it for 3 months and  only able to see it for 1 month for INR 20.

May I please know that the plan has been discontinued or is inactive for what reason ?

As this would mean that my shopify adventure/ journey will come to an end eventually even before starting it.
