Hello good evening. I ordered a product from a shopping store established through your site. 1 day after placing the order on 26.08.2024, I was blocked from the customer service of the site I ordered the product from and I could not contact them in any way. I waited 2-3 more days but did not receive a response. Later, I realized that I was scammed. That's why I am writing to you. Please close this fraudulent page and refund my money because I really need that money. I bought it trusting your brand, please help. They did not even give me a cargo tracking number.

I'm sorry to hear you got scammed, there are a lot of fraudulent stores online.
But note one thing, Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, and they do not manage or ship the orders. Also, they can not give you a refund.
You can try to contact your bank and explain the situation and hopefully, you can get back your money. If you used PayPal try to dispute.

@cazaguma I'm sorry to hear about your experience. While Shopify provides the platform for merchants, we do not manage their operations. However, I strongly recommend contacting your payment provider (e.g., bank, credit card company) to dispute the charge. Additionally, you can report the store to Shopify's Trust & Safety team so they can investigate further.
