Possible Reasons & Solutions:

1-Check Printful & Shopify Connection

  • Go to your Printful Dashboard → Click Stores → Select your Shopify store.
  • If there’s a connection error, disconnect and reconnect Printful to Shopify.

2-Ensure Products Are Synced Properly

  • In Printful Dashboard, go to Stores → Click on your Shopify store.
  • Look for the “Not Synced” label. If you see it, click on the product and match it with the right variant in Shopify.
  • If variants were added manually in Shopify, they won’t sync automatically. You need to manually link them to the correct Printful variants.

3-Check Printful’s Product Push Settings

  • When adding new products, make sure you complete the entire setup in Printful before pushing them to Shopify.
  • If a product was partially added and not published, it won’t sync correctly.

4-Fix SKU & Variant Issues

  • If you manually changed SKUs in Shopify, Printful won’t recognize them. Go to Shopify AdminProducts, check the SKUs, and compare them with Printful’s SKUs.
  • Make sure all variants match Printful’s product settings.

5-Try a Manual Sync

  • In Printful, go to Stores → Select your Shopify store → Click Refresh Data.
  • If that doesn’t work, try re-adding the product through Printful.

6-Check for Printful Downtime

  • Sometimes, Printful has temporary issues. You can check their Status Page here to see if there’s an outage.
