Inventory Report w/ Last Updated Date/Time

Is there a Shopify report I can pull that'll have the date/time (or just date) of the last time a change was made to the SKU/variant? I'm having a problem with SKUs losing connectivity to my dropshippers app and inventory not getting updated. Thanks.

When you write "last time a change was made to the SKU/variant", what types of changes are you looking to know about?

Specifically, the last time variant inventory qty was updated. I'm having an issue where my store loses connectivity with the vendor app and my store inventory for random SKUs isn't getting updated to match the vendor. It leads to sales on my store that the vendor can't fill. Thanks.
