Inventory Tracking Issue

Hi,

I am setting up my first Shopify store (https://shoplevantamiento.com/) using a dropshipping model and struggling to nail down inventory tracking.

I would like my Shopify store to reflect the stock available for an item on AliExpress, using DSers as the fulfilment service. At the moment with my current set up, all my products appear as ‘in stock’ on my store, but I know having checked AliExpress that some of the products should be out of stock. Additionally, what’s odd is that for products that are in stock on AliExpress, my product pages in Shopify are showing that 0 are available, but still show as in stock on my store front end.

I have shared an example below:

• In my store, all variants of the Yoga Ball product appear as in stock

• However, on AliExpress selected variants are out of stock:

• Regardless of whether the product is in stock or not, the DSers fulfilment service availability count comes back as 0 on each variant

This is the same across all products and I am not sure what I am doing wrong!

Please could any advice be offered?
