Is anyone successfully using Shopify Collective?

Hi, I have set up Shopify collective with a retailer. They are able to import products just fine, however when they request fulfillment, it is declining the request due to "inventory out of stock." When I check my inventory, it is showing that it is in stock both on the supplier side and the retailer side. Any insight??

@Gramandgrain Check if the inventory levels are correctly synced between your Shopify store and the retailer's store. Ensure that both stores have matching stock quantities and that there are no discrepancies. Additionally, verify if there are any location-specific inventory settings that might be affecting the fulfillment request. If the issue persists, contact Shopify support for further assistance.
