Is this a scam? Received wrong product, need advice on refunds

Im from India

See the clear difference what I ordered what you delivered ... You delivered wrong product to me please refund my money Below is my invoice I ordered trousers But I received solid paints Please reach out to me this seller is scaming everyone You are my last hope of justice pls Contact me  Seller is not even showing any response I couldn't even able to get in touch with them

Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. 
 
As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. Each business operates independently and it would be best to bring this to their attention as they are in the best position to provide you with further support. Typically, the online business will have a Contact Us page available towards the footer of the store. 
 
If you are unable to get in touch with the business that you have made a purchase from - I highly suggest that you speak with your bank or credit card company about the situation. They will have additional processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the purchase.
