I am preparing to launch a dropshipping business focused on decorative wall art, with the United States as my primary target market. Being based in Costa Rica, I have a few questions to ensure compliance and avoid potential issues:

1. Are there any specific challenges or restrictions for international sellers when operating a dropshipping business targeting U.S. customers?
2. Is it required to have a formal business entity, such as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the U.S., to sell through Shopify? Could not having a registered business lead to account suspension or other complications?
