make price comparisons visable in shopping cart and checkout page

Good evening,
On my product pages I have set up price comparisons which looks like discounts for the customer. Well I would like that to also be visible in the shopping cart and checkout page.
Through shopify support I couldn't figure it out. They recommend me to get an expert to code it.
I send below an example of another webshop how I would like to have it in the shopping cart.

I don't have an example for the checkout page but if it looks pretty much like in the shopping cart then I'm happy.
