My account was suddenly terminated

My account was suddenly terminated...and I hadn't even launched the store yet I was still in the process of setting up my store then boom my account is terminated due to Acceptable Use Policy(AUP). I can't understand what type of Service this is of terminating accounts without giving warnings of violations?
