Hi @EndureEnergy89

Welcome to the community. In general, it is a solid base. You did some work there and it shows. I noticed a few things, but my first advice is to search

this forum for "no sales" topics and check issues people are having, and great tips people recommend to improve stores.

For your store, I have a few things to mention:

  • Domain .store is not the best but  I guess it is hard to get .com with brand you want. But it is what it is.
  • Your square logo is not great, try to invert colors and remove background, so it is just a circle logo part and text below.
  • Your menus need to be better, add more collections. In your descriptions, you say it is supplements first but you do not have a supplements collection and you need to dig into all products in catalog. Use footer and add collections there too.
  • Your homepage is off, you have a good text but then, a long vertical video. If you do not scroll straight away on loading you just see top of head up and down. Looks weird 🙂
  • And then even on that video and two next section you do not have links, buttons for call to actions, so it is  just empty content.
  • Then you have some featured products, try to remove backgrounds at least, and think it would match better.

Now for product page:

  • After title you have some start and 345 reviews, which must be fromthe  supplier, but then you  have an empty start and no reviews on your site, think that is not very clear
  • Then there are no descriptions, you have a lot of text on images but you should have some description in text, good for SEO but also customers may miss text on images, some maybe not too readable.
  • Plug type is "color" but it is  just a single USB-C charge, that should be a text.
  • Then bundles, not sure if you need for all products this but if you do, at least put same saving as for 3,4,5 there is no savings. And for real, how 4 massage guns are the most popular? 🙂  People buy for whole family?
  • That blue background on customer reviews is too heavy plus most of the text is unreadable
  • That comparison table makes no sense to me. I know it is a good section to have but it should have some purpose.
  • Then you have a huge video section, with a bag thumbnail but if you play it is just Shopify placeholder video

Like I said a solid base, good start but there is a lot more to fix, to learn but take you time.

Good luck.

Kind regards

Hey there.

I just checked out your store, you're off to a solid start.

Here are a few suggestions that might help improve the overall look and boost conversions:

1. Add a strong hero section on the homepage
Right now the homepage feels a bit empty. I’d recommend adding a high-quality banner image with a clear headline and a call-to-action like “Shop Now” or “Fuel Your Day Naturally.” This helps immediately tell visitors what your brand is about.

2. Feature your products upfront
Try adding a “Best Sellers” or “Featured Products” section right below the banner. It gives customers something to browse right away without having to dig around.

3. Improve product pages
Make sure your product descriptions are clear and benefit-focused (not just ingredients). Also, adding more product images, like lifestyle shots or close-ups, can really help customers feel more confident about buying.

4. Build trust with reviews
If you haven’t already, consider using an app like trustify review, Judge or Loox to show customer reviews. Social proof is huge for conversions.

5. Mobile optimization
Your site works on mobile, but make sure buttons are big enough and text is easy to read. A lot of traffic comes from mobile these days.

6. Add a favicon
It’s a small thing, but adding a favicon (your logo in the browser tab) makes the store look more polished and trustworthy.

7. Think about speed & branding
Try to optimize loading speed by compressing images. And maybe add a short “about us” or brand mission somewhere to give your site a personal touch — it helps connect with visitors.

Hope that helps

Hello @EndureEnergy89

I have viewed your store and noticed something you can consider further improving in a better way. Let me share you some details here for reference.

1. You have added a video on homepage, which is attractive and leave a good impression indeed for visitors, but it loads a bit slowly than other elements when accessing. It is better to optimize this aspect, as some visitors may have a bad network connection and fail to see all details on homepage properly.

2. There is no meta description existing on the backend when I check via source code page mode. This is definitely not a good sign for your website, as it will affect the SEO performance on search engines like Google and may cause further situations like failing to display correct meta description or showing outdated contents. I notice you have installed one related SEO APP, maybe you can double check if it works correctly.

3. When I search your website on Google, there exists one result only and I cannot see other category pages. You may need to further check if your collection or product pages are indexed by Google properly and they have clear structure from backend. A kind reminder here to check this issue is to access Google Search Console and check the recent detection results, you will see the feedback accordingly. Thank you!

Hey there 👋 — just took a look at your store, EndureEnergy. You’ve got a strong foundation with focused categories and solid product lineup! Here are some optimization ideas to help boost trust, clarity, and conversions:

🔍 Site & UX Improvements

  • Hero section needs strength: The “Built for strength…” headline is nice, but a clearer value proposition (“Boost recovery in 10 min a day”) or a quick explainer video could immediately hook visitors.

  • Banner fatigue: Plenty of repetitive “FREE SHIPPING” banners. Keep it to one eye-catching banner and add urgency (“Free shipping ends soon”) to cut clutter.

  • Missing consistent pricing: Some products have “Regular price £17.62 — Sale price £0.00.” That looks like a mistake. Make sure both prices are accurate or remove the strikethrough to avoid confusion.

📄 Product & Content Clarity

  • Expand descriptions: Add bullet points for use cases, materials, sizing info, and benefits. For example, explain how the massage gun’s 32 levels benefit different users.

  • Alt images and trust signals: Include lifestyle photos (product in use) along with close-ups. Add badges like “30-day money-back guarantee” or certifications — visible trust helps convert.

🚚 Shipping & Payment Enhancements

  • Shipping policy details: It’s mentioned but could be clearer — e.g. “Ships from UK in 1–3 days.” That builds confidence for UK/EU buyers.

  • Payment clarity: A broad list including Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Dwolla may look overwhelming or off-brand. Consider removing lesser-known options to keep it polished and credible.

💬 Social Proof & Community

  • Real reviews increase credibility: Add star ratings and detailed reviews (photos or videos are even more powerful).

  • Highlight user stories: “Game-Changer for my training” is a good start — consider adding before/after workout snapshots or brief testimonials.

⚙️ Behind-the-Scenes & Fulfillment

  • Stock reliability: Ensure your supplier has stable inventory. Test order fulfillment workflow (order to delivery) to confirm timelines and packaging quality.

  • Abandoned cart tools: Add pop-up reminders or a simple email flow to reduce cart abandonment—even with small discounts or reminders.

Pro Tip: Product-Sourcing Automation

If you're sourcing multiple suppliers for products like massage guns, fitness bags, ab rollers, etc., platforms like Zopi can help you discover trending products, import them into Shopify, and automate order fulfillment — all with shipping estimates and supplier ratings included.

You're well on your way — a few tweaks could make a big difference in conversions, trust, and brand polish! Let me know if you'd like help with any of these optimizations 😊
