Need help! With the order being able to be sent automatically to another company.

We will use the dropship method. Our customers shop from our website but another company owns the products and ships the order to the customer. I wonder if there is a system that connects so that when an order is placed, a Mail or something else is sent to the other company with a waybill and order details. Today, when ordering, we have to manually write an email with customer details, the order and the delivery note to the company so that they can pack the order and print the delivery note. As well as a system that automatically pays the company for the products so they don't have to send an invoice once a month. When a customer buys from me, I get the money, then I pay the company for the product when the customer has bought. Then there is something that pays it directly. Feel free to offer tips and suggestions, all help is welcome! Just let me know if you need a better explanation. We are a Swedish based company working whit other swedish based company’s.

Thanks in advance ☺️

Hi, @Julia3333.

Rio here from the Shopify Community team. I'm happy to help you out here. You can definitely do this and forward the order information to your supplier. You'll just need to activate a custom fulfillment service and provide your supplier's email address. Once you've done that, orders you mark as fulfilled in your admin will be sent to the supplier to fulfill.

Read through the whole guide to learn how to set products to be fulfilled by your custom supplier.

In regard to automatic payments, there are apps that allow you to attribute products to certain suppliers. You can set up a percentage or fee, and then pay out your suppliers with one click. An app like Vendor Payout or CollabPay allows you to do this.
