Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
Hello,
Our business has been going for many years and has only recently become more online, so the majority of our customers place orders via telephone or email, so we have a whole ERP system to process orders.
What we sell through our webstore is sold to B2C and some B2B who are happy to pay straight away which has not been a problem, until now because some of our customers who have purchased via telephone or email for many years now want to use the website to process their orders (which is great).
I wonder if you have any suggestions on the best way to do this.
I am thinking an app (my coding skills are very basic) would be the best way forward however, I need to it show set prices when the customer logs in to their account, the customers are local so we don't want to charge shipping as we deliver ourselves and then these customers have net terms, so I need the option to process the order (it is manually added to our ERP system anyway) and not take payment but just for these customers.
Any help would be great 🙂
Thanks in advance.
