Order Through Shopify But Not Getting Till Now

I order a set off kurti on 19th feb in (Face book Store Name - Navya FABS)https://suit-set-3640.myshopify.com through facebook advertisement.. but not get my order yet ..they are fake and i try many time to reached them but didn't get them .. when i click on confirmation link showing This store is unavailable   and i try to reached them online through messenger but they did not reply me .. and i also try through payu i raised ticket but they also did not reply me. I want my refund 249/-
