I have a product I'm trying to sell and out of nowhere my website says it's out of stock despite there being over 7000 in inventory. Shopify has my home address set as my default inventory where I actually don't have any. The inventory should be handled by AliExpress and DSers I believe, but I try to set DSers as the default inventory location and it won't let me (or I'm just doing it wrong). Please feel free to ask questions as I'm sure I didn't provide all the necessary information. Thank you!
Hi Jayden,
It sounds like the inventory location is set incorrectly. You’ll need to change the default inventory location in Shopify to match DSers or AliExpress. Go to Settings > Locations in Shopify, and make sure DSers is set as the primary location. If it’s not working, try reaching out to Shopify support for further assistance. Let me know if you need more help!
