Hello i am having a problem with shopify payments, when i was putting in banking and business details i put my son’s name as a reference but it redirected and confirmed the name right after i typed in the digits to my bank, i have contacted support a week ago and i have received 0 emails of help, if anyone knows how to do it please help and tell me how to change the name.

Shopify support have told me to wait for an email and that is all, i have been waiting for almost a week and i am leaving country soon and will have no internet connection. If there is any way you can change it or i can then i would be grateful to find out. 🙂

The timeframe for a response varies depending on the queue but our team do work as fast as possible so we do ask for further patience as you have currently portrayed! If you do not hear from our team within the next week, I would recommend contacting our Support team once more and ask for the priority on your ticket to be lifted to a higher level!
