Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
Hi I have been having a problem with payout since months ago , location issue but I fixed that already ,still not able to receive my payout ,what can I do please ? I tried to reach out to support but they can't help me since then!
Hi @Paradisiak
To resolve your payout issue, here’s what you can do:
Verify your payment settings to ensure your bank details and payment method are correct in Settings > Payments.
Check if there are any pending payments, refunds, or chargebacks that may be affecting your payouts.
Review your Shopify billing section to make sure all fees are paid and there are no outstanding balances blocking payouts.
Wait for processing, as Shopify payouts typically take 2–5 business days to be processed.
If you're still having trouble, contact Shopify support again, requesting to escalate the issue to a senior agent, and provide all relevant documentation such as screenshots and error messages.
Check the Shopify Status page to ensure there are no system-wide issues affecting payouts in your region.
If none of these work, consider switching to an alternative payment method or contacting your payment provider directly.
Hello,i've done all of that ,provided all the documents they needed , it has been more then 2 months ,the always tell me your problem has been escalated but no solution yet ,now when I try to contact the support team ,they just let me talk with the bot and don't connect with a advisor anymore which is weird and right now I don't know where to find the solution !
I’m sorry to hear about your ongoing issue. Since it’s been over two months with no solution, try the following:
Contact Shopify support via live chat or phone to escalate the issue directly to a senior agent. If you’re only getting the bot, try typing "Talk to a human" or "Request escalation." You can also reach out via Shopify’s official social media channels, like Twitter (@ShopifySupport), for faster responses.
Submit a formal complaint asking for a clear timeline for resolution and provide a detailed history of your case to show your persistence.
Check if there are any ongoing technical issues on Shopify’s status page or in the community forums. If necessary, consider using a third-party payment provider like PayPal or Stripe as an alternative.
If nothing works, you may want to contact a Shopify Expert or a consumer protection agency to further escalate the issue.
How do I support a formal complaint? I'm dealing with the same issue. No response from the escalation team I just keep getting told to wait while thousands of my dollars are being kept in a Shopify checking account.
I ended up getting my issue resolved last night around 3AM central.
How long did it take for your problem to be resolved? Has your account been approved and your payments made? Im waiting since 3 weekds now. Ive submitted all requested documents but nothing... no updates or replies.
Have the same problem, my payouts are on hold for since 3 weeks. When I contact the chat they always say the same thing " need to be escalated " need to prioritize" "need to put as urgent"... They are useless but I keep contacting them every SINGLE day.
My friend has the same issue, since one month no news. As you and me.
Let me know if you get a reply from the Risk Support Team
Good luck!
I just received a reply from Risk team today: after having my Shopify Payments on hold for 3 weeks, my store has been closed (section 7/AUP), and my payouts are being held for 120 days.
I’ve already submitted an appeal with all the required documents, but I’m not sure if it will change anything. The uncertainty is frustrating, and I’m hoping for some resolution soon.
Has anyone else gone through this process successfully? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
