Problem with integration, out of stock product.

Hello. I am currently in the process of creating a store. I will be selling POD products. I have connected my store to Printify and it is ok. I have connected it to another supplier from China and my product appears as "out of stock". How can I solve this problem so that the product appears as available for sale, please?

It sounds like the app has inventory syncing, and they are out of stock. If you want to change that behavior, I would contact the app.

 

If you're not using an app, go to the product details page in the Shopify admin to either adjust the stock or select "continue selling when out of stock".
