Received email Action required to continue selling branded or trademarked products

Hello,

   I dropship unbranded products. But there was one product which had Disney print. 

I received an email 'Action required to continue selling branded or trademarked products'

I immediately took down that product and informed them.

However,  they still want us to complete attestation.

How do i handle this situation?
