Shipping Policies > Google Merchant Centre

Hi there, so recently my store (www.fealth.co.uk) has been suspended on Google Merchant Centre for misrepresentation. There were a few things behind this I think, such as boiler plate text on my privacy policy and terms & conditions pages, and unavailable payment options (Google Pay and Apple Pay) listed in the footer of my site - I've since amended & removed things that needed changing.

Over the past couple of days I've done a pretty comprehensive sweep to tidy these things up, but there is one thing which is still bugging me in the Google Merchant Centre, which I think may be contributing to the misrepresentation suspension. It's in the "Shipping and returns" area of Google Merchant Centre.

Basically I have some shipping policies set up, there is a row for delivery to the United Kingdom for example. The delivery time I want to set is 7-14 days - but the policy lists it as 5-7 days. I edit it to 7-14 days, but it reverts to 5-7 days a few hours later. This has happened several times, and to lots of different shipping & returns policies I have tried to manually edit. I realise there is probably a data feed which is overriding the manual changes I am making, but I don't know where it is. Can anyone help/provide me with some assistance on how I can identify where this data feed is, so I can find and change the shipping periods data in the data feed?

Thanks for any help

Thanks for the fast response.

So I've gone into the Google & YouTube app integration on Shopify.

I can see there is a "product feed" area, which has listed an option on Shipping settings.

I've toggled that from automatic to manual.

If I now update the shipping policy information in Google Merchant Centre, will this prevent feeds from overwriting the shipping policies I manually enter via GMC?

Thanks again,

Following these steps (making sure "Shipping Settings" in the "settings" section of the Google & YouTube app in Shopify admin is toggled to "manual) worked to stop the shipping policy details from being overwritten in Google Merchant Center by an automated API feed.

So hopefully this goes some way to resolving this misrepresentation suspension. I have also made other sweeping changes across my website www.fealth.co.uk - if anyone could take a look & provide further feedback on anything I should fix in order for the suspension to be lifted, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.

I've also seen from reading other threads that listing a @gmail address as an email address customers can contact on the website's contact information page can cause the misrepresentation flag. Is that genuinely an issue?

1 or 2. I am able to submit another review request on the 9th of May.
