Shopify charge back - I’m closing my store

I have closed my store & I have had a chargeback against me for £4000, the item has been delivered and the customer has even admitted they now have it but I have still lost the case. Shopify are asking for the money but I am not handing it over as I have done everything I have stated in my terms and conditions and even sent sufficient evidence. What action will shopify now take against me if i don’t pay it back ?

Hi,

It happening to me too. A charge back of $704 after the customer recieved his item, but I'm not closing my shop, it was sent by UPS tracked. I don't know what to do ? How can they do charge back after receiving the item ?
