Hello there! 

If i have LLC in usa and EIN and US account bank ,but i'm not us citizen , can i use shopify payment ?
and after searching i found you maybe asking about business presence so if i have a virtual office + lease for this office that will be okay ?

It is okay as long as you can prove your presence in US such as providing your US home address, office address, and you have supporting documents that has a US address like internet bill, electric bills, or valid IDs with US address.

If I’m not a U.S. citizen and live in another country, would it be acceptable to provide a virtual office in the U.S. with a lease for this office ?
