Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
Hello, I have learned that my Shopify Payments account has been disabled. However, my business previously received a Shopify Capital loan, and my repayments were deducted daily at a rate of 15% from my sales. Now that Shopify Payments has been disabled, I am unable to make my Capital payments. Additionally, despite having a registered company in the U.S. and an EIN number, I have noticed that my account was closed without a detailed review. This situation is impacting both my business and my financial obligations. What solution can you offer for this issue? I would like to know how I can continue making my Capital payments and whether my access to Shopify Payments can be reconsidered. I would appreciate your assistance.
Sorry to hear that you're having an issue with shopify payments. As this impacts your shopify capital repayments, I suggest you call shopify support directly for a thorough review. Tell them your story, including your U.S. company registration and EIN. Ask them if you can repay in an alternate manner and if they can reconsider allowing shopify payments.
Have your business documents ready for verification and follow up if necessary. Hope this helps?
