Shoppable App Custom to Our Shopify Accounts

Hey, So I've been wondering if there is a APP/Section on Shopify that us Shopify Customers can build, make, and have Our Own Shoppable App? Our Own Personal App would be a BIG thing for Shopify, Shopify Members, and Our Customers!! Easier Faster Shopping Checkout etc.       Just Curious, Thanks Brandy
