Hi guys I’m new to drop shipping and was wondering if I could get some help. I have what seems to be good traffic (8K in 4 days) but have got zero sales (0). If someone could tell me what to work on or if there is something not working on my site that would be great.
Thank you.

Hi @BZB85,

Your website has excellent reach, which is commendable. However, it's also important to consider the visual appeal, overall usability, and—most importantly—the level of trust your website builds with your customers.

Focusing on these aspects can significantly enhance user experience and ultimately drive more sales.

I hope this insight proves helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.

Regards,

Dotsquares Ltd

Hi @BZB85 ,

There are still issues with the colour theme, white background and white text colour doesn't seems good.

And the home page design is very basic.

Hi @BZB85

Your store is too simple and does not have trustworthy information.

I recommend you create your logo, add shipping, return, and refund policy.

If you consider importing reviews from the dropship product source for your product, then you can use our Ryviu app.

Hey there @BZB85  Allow me to start by appreciating how well and neatly organized your store is. It looks very well put together. In terms of suggestions, here’s a few I have that could be helpful for you

1) You should add a short video maybe in the introductory part of the homepage to showcase the screen protector in a high quality aesthetic manner.

2) You should a few FAQs on the homepage to add a bit of extra information to store and its products

3) I recommend also using an app like the judge.me product reviews app to present your customer testimonials in a bit of a more appealing manner.

Hi @BZB85

You got nice traffic, so you know that part is good. But to be honest, your store is too simple, not enough information, no menu, a bit hidden contact details with gmail email.  As you do have only one product, for now, maybe you should focus more on explaining the good sides of your product. Maybe have some real reviews, video also. You need to tell a story in some way and lead customers through it. I mean it is not the best theme, but for start, it works, but you can add a few image/text sections, maybe some icons for customer reassurance.

I must also say the choice of domain is not great but I know it is hard to get a .com one.  And you should be aware there are a lot of fake/scam stores that people and more causes and look for any red flags. One can be that your old price is too high, I thinkand that 50% off scammers use a lot. And I checked Aliexpress, same product now is around 15 NZD and you sell for  26, which is fine, you have to earn something, but 53 looks too much.

Check some paid themes that are focused on single products and pick up some good parts and try to implement to your theme.

Good luck, dropshipping is hard.

Kind regards

@BZB85

Although you had a good beginning with 8,000 visitors at your store for four days, the absence of sales indicates a problem.

Check whether your site is easily mobile viewable, navigable with a good load speed – customers avoid slow or cumbersome websites.

Ensure that there are no vague product descriptions, take some pictures and try to click “add to basket” options working properly.

On top of that include trust badges, enable secure payments and establish shipping/return policies.

Afterward, analyze the prices in comparison with your rivals and state if there is free delivery available.

Make sure that there are no mistakes during payment process and introduce such payment methods as PayPal.

Ensure to target the right audience with your ads; generalized ones will lead to financial losses.

Work on these within the upcoming seven days and you should be able to make sales soon.

Hey! Thanks for sharing your site - you’ve made a good start, but I can see a few areas you might want to work on to turn that traffic into actual sales:

🛠️ Key Improvements You Should Make

1. Homepage & Branding

Your homepage feels empty — almost no real branding or first impression.

Add a strong headline (what your store is about), clear hero images, and featured products to keep visitors engaged.

2. Product Range

You currently only show one product (Laptop Privacy Screen).

If you have 8K traffic but just one offer, it limits buying options.

Add a few more related tech or home office items to increase store depth and average cart value.

3. Trust & Professional Feel

No real About Us, Reviews, or Guarantee sections visible.

Shoppers are cautious — you need clear refund policies, shipping info, and customer testimonials on your page.

4. Currency Confusion

Store shows NZD (New Zealand Dollar) — if you’re targeting broader markets like the US, make sure USD shows by default or at least offer clear currency switching.

5. Mobile Optimization

Check your mobile layout — it looks a bit basic and could use more visuals or a sticky “Add to Cart” button for better shopping flow.

🎯 Quick Wins to Focus On:
Build a better homepage (headline, value prop, bestsellers).

Add more products (2–5 minimum to look like a real store).

Install reviews/social proof apps.

Add trust badges and visible shipping/return policy.

Fix currency based on where your traffic mainly comes from.

You’re super close — just need a few critical updates to turn those visitors into buyers 🔥
