Store takedown by Shopify

I got a message by Shopify that they where going to take down my store because i was using an unlicensed theme. They told me they whero going to do that the next day. I immediately switched to my old free theme. But Shopify has taken down al my themes now. What can i do to this problem. And can i get back my free theme?
