Hi. I launched my store 2 weeks ago and I’m getting around 200*+ visits per day. But somehow I haven’t made my first sale. I’ve poured a lot of money and time into ads and marketing but nothing. Can anyone give me advice? Theonenecklaces.com

Hi, @T1.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community!

First off, congrats on the launch and your current traffic! Getting that initial traffic is no easy task so well done. Once you set your store up for conversions you should be off to the races.

I had a look at your store, and right off the bat I can see you have not done any customization to your theme. Editing and customizing your theme is super important as it now only builds a brand and image, but shows pride in your business. From the font, to the colours, I recommend you play around so you can stand out. I recommend checking out this guide from Oberlo on how to make your store more professional. Most importantly, you need to create a logo.

Luckily, there are tons of free options online that let you create beautiful professional logos such as canva.com or hatchful! I personally recommend canva, as you can use it to create a favicon to go along with your logo, as well as beautiful content for your socials.

Moving on, I see that you have a popup, however the popup as not been customized yet either. Once you build your logo and customize your theme, you will have a standard for which you will create the pop up. Additionally, you want to create a reason for customers to sign up for SMS, or newsletters. Providing a 10% off coupon as a sign up offer not only makes users sign up to retarget them in the future, it also helps convert that sale.

Looking at your header navigation, it can be improved. You want to make sure you include your Catalogue, About Us, Contact, FAQ, and Order Tracking. In your footer, you will also want to include a Shipping Policy. Make it clear and easy for customers to find the information they need builds trust and confidence in the purchase.

Next, I see you have added reviews which is awesome! That being said, you want to make sure you import some. Since you are dropshipping, the app Ali Reviews is usefull as it allows you to import the reviews directly to your store.

Finally, once your store is set up for success, here are some great references you can use to convert your already awesome traffic into sales.
