Struggling with GorPets UK supplier pricing - any alternatives?

Does anyone uses Gorpets supplier for their business in the UK? I'm trying to understand their system as it makes it very hard for us to sell their products and make a good margin for ourselves. I have a dropship account with them but the product price + the shipping price (some shipping option suddenly disappear) + the VAT = the total amount for the product is insane.

Is there other suppliers in the UK with free shipping?
