Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
Hi all. I am a supplier to dropship customers and recently migrated from Magento. How can I share or sync live inventory numbers so that my customers never oversell? In other words, how can my customers sync my inventory with their shopify stores?
Thanks!
M
Hi @creativewomen_,
You may be interested in offering your sellers using shopify app called Feeds Bridge this app allows shopify stores to synchronize catalog from various feeds, so if you can provide catalog feed for your clients, they can set up daily update on that feed so their catalog will be up to date all the time.
If you offer less than 500skus this app will be completely free of charge for all of your clients.
Let me know if you have any questions, I will try to assist.
Do you have niche products or all kinds of products?
Our product line is only small home accents and textiles. Thanks!
You can check these suppliers:

You have two main options for syncing your inventory with customers’ Shopify stores:
Using a Feed URL: If you have a product feed URL, there are Shopify apps available that can help import products and update inventory levels like Syncee.
Using a Supplier API: If your supplier provides an API, you’ll need a custom-coded script to automatically sync products and inventory updates at regular intervals. This ensures inventory levels stay accurate in real time.
I’ve successfully implemented similar automations for other clients. Feel free to reach out to me at contact@shopifyapiexpert.com for more details.
if your dropshippers are also on Shopify, you can use https://apps.shopify.com/syncerize to sync the inventory with all of your dropshippers and also get the orders immediately in your store.
